ASSOCIATION’S MEMBERS    

According to the Statute, member of the Businessmen’s Association of Bucharest can become any person who has come of age that adheres to the Association’s Statute and pays the subscription annually established by the General Assembly.   Obtaining the quality of member is under the following conditions:

a)to be Romanian citizen, with vote suffrage, no matter his political, philosophical or religious conviction;  

b)to agree the Association’s Statute and to militate for the realization of its provisions;

c)the quality of member is obtained after a written application and approved by the Board of Directors. The application’s pattern is elaborated and approved by the Board of Directors.    

Losing the quality of member  is under the following conditions:  

a)by withdrawal on the written application of the associate;

b)by expulsion in the case of infringing the statutory provision. The withdrawal must be approved by the Board of Directors with majority of votes, and the expulsion by the General Assembly  with a majority of 2/3 from the total number of the associates.
